Institute of International Education (IIE) is a private, non-profit educational organization headquartered in New York. Founded in 1919, IIE is the oldest and largest educational exchange agency in the United States. IIE/Southeast Asia was opened in 1962 in Bangkok, Thailand as the first office of IIE in Asia.

We work to encourage international educational exchange and to promote U.S. higher education opportunities in Thailand and Southeast Asia. Since 1985, IIE-Southeast Asia has organized the U.S. Higher Education Fair every year, allowing students to meet with college and university admissions representatives.
IIE/Southeast Asia offers various scholarship opportunities and training programs from various sponsoring agencies to both local and international students and scholars.
IIE/SEA is a certified test center of ETS and Prometric for various standardized tests including TOEFL, GRE, GED, USMLE, MCAT, DSST, PMI,etc.
